My dear son, I am so very proud of you!

Just be a simple man.

Bobby and Mom 2002

Mama told me when I was young
Come sit beside me, my only son
And listen closely to what I say.
And if you do this
It will help you some sunny day.
Take your time... donít live too fast,
Troubles will come and they will pass.

March 13, 1964 - January 13, 2005

Go find a woman and youíll find love,
And donít forget son,
There is someone up above.

Baby be a simple kind of man.
Be something you love and understand.
Baby be a simple kind of man.
Wonít you do this for me son,
If you can?

Forget your lust for the rich manís gold
All that you need is in your soul,
And you can do this if you try.

Boy, donít you worry... youíll find yourself.
Follow you heart and nothing else.
And you can do this if you try.
All I want for you my son,
Is to be satisfied.

Left To Right

Steve, Bobby(me), Tyler

Close to the door
he paused to stand
as he took his class ring
off her hand
all who were watching
did not speak
as a silent tear
ran down his cheek
and through his mind the memories ran
of the moments they walked
and laughed in the sand
but now her eyes were so terrible cold
for he would never again
have her to hold
they watched in silence
as he bent near
and whispered the words......
"I LOVE YOU" in her ear
he touched her face and started to cry
as he put on his ring and wanted to die
and just then the wind began to blow
as they lowered her casket into the snow....

This is what happens to man alive......
when friends let friends drink and drive.
